Service

Touch Travel provides a platform to manage travel bookings, driver operations, client trip tracking, and related communications. Availability of features may vary by role and region.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and comply with onboarding requirements where applicable.

Bookings & Payments

Booking terms, pricing, cancellations, refunds, and penalties follow the policies shown at booking time and the applicable cancellation rules for each trip.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users or system integrity.

Account Closure

You may close your account from the app. Closure disables access but does not delete legally required transaction records, which may be retained for up to 7 years.

Liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
